Sing with me.
One of the best way to develop both speech and awareness of sounds is through singing Nursery Rhymes. We do this everyday in class... ask us which ones we have done this week! There are a couple below to get you started.
Count with me.
Count anything and everything with me. How many chips are on my plate? How many steps is it to the car? How many dogs do we see on the way to school?
Talk about sounds
Talk about what sound a word starts with (s - snake) words that rhyme, words that have the same letter at the beginning
